Joyce C. Bean, MS, LPC is a Licensed Professional Counselor and co-owner of Choices Institute. She has many years of experience in education as well as the psychology and counseling fields. She is well known for providing effective individual, family and group therapy to children, adolescents and their families.

Ron Anderson

Ron Anderson, Med LPC-Candidate shares his expertise when it comes to working with children and families. His focus is on group therapy as well as family dynamics. He also has training in working with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).

Tom Cunningham
Tom Cunningham, MSN, ARNP is an advanced practice nurse who is board certified as a Family Psychiatric and Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. Tom has worked in the field of psychiatry for over 18 years. In addition to providing medication management for clients at Choices Institute, Tom is a part of the psychiatry department at OSU Health Sciences Center.

Beth Pidcock

Elizabeth Pidcock, MSW, LCSW is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and co-owner of Choices Institute. She has many years of experience providing individual, family and group therapy to children, adolescents and their families. One of her focuses is sexual abuse victims and abusers.

Susan Vaughan

Susan Vaughan, MCP, LPC-Candidate is a vital part of the Choices Institute staff. She sees many clients from age three to adults. She has spent many hours assisting and counseling clients and their families. One of her focuses is the Love and Logic philosophy of parenting.

Al Anderson

Dr. Al Anderson, PHD, LPC is a licensed psychologist who works with children and their families. Along with working at Choices Institute, he is a professor at Northern Oklahoma College.

Erika Kelly

Erika Kelly, MSW, LCSW under supervision, is an essential member of the Choices Institute team. Throughout her years of experience, she has seen many clients of all ages through a variety of services. She works with adults, children and their families.
